    Thank you for sharing. I can relate. It helped me to hear what you are going through. I always have this nagging fear that when I finished some task that I must have missed something or messed it up some how. So I’ll double and triple check. Actually, I check many more times than is reasonable but then I get worried that people are watching me check so many times and so I’ll just leave. Or when I leave a room or place for the last time. I’ll check three or four times that I didn’t leave something. And I see that I didn’t leave anything but I’m still concerned that I left something. That nagging anxiety feeling that I left something or messed something up or fear that I will mess something up or leave it behind is constant. There are more situations where I feel this but those are two examples. Were you diagnosed at a young age? Did it help you to have a diagnosis? Again thank you for sharing.

    Do you take any medication for anxiety?
    My son has autism.he is suffering from anxiety too, he won't go school or does not cope when people visit. He also has selective mutism so he only talks to me.
    I took him doctors because his anxiety is getting worse

      No, I don't take any medication for it. I've heard that the side affects from the medication can be serious. It sems too risky for me personally to want to take them. I have got a new app called Brain in Hand that is helping me to manage my anxiety though, but it's still a struggle.
      Well, I hope the medication helps him manage his anxiety.
