Wiesbaden is a city in central western Germany and the capital of the state of Hesse. Wiesbaden is also the second-largest city in Hesse after Frankfurt am Main.
Wiesbaden is situated on the right (northern) bank of the Rhine, below the confluence of the Main, where the Rhine's main direction changes from north to west. The city is across the Rhine from Mainz, the capital of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Frankfurt am Main is located about 38 kilometres (23.6 mi) east. To the north of the city are the Taunus Mountains, which trend in a northeasterly direction.

Walking by klappernden Gehwegplatten , Bettlern und Obdachlosen , Sch ......haufen in den Büschen in den Reisigeranlagen ,super ! Landeshauptstadt ? ! Gruss aus Dotzheim !

I lived in Wiesbaden for 5 years from 1986 - 1991. I recognize the Ristorante Da Mario. My wife and I ate lunch there when we visited the city about 9 years ago. Wiesbaden has always been and still remains a beautiful city.

I love Wiesbaden as I lived there with my family. I worked in Friedrich strasse doing hairdressing. I went back to Australia to live and get married.
I really do miss Wiesbaden and would love to go back and visit.🇦🇺🇩🇪

Yes Christmas time in Wiesbaden is wonderful and unforgettable.
I don't feel Christmas here at all but made an effort while my children were young.This time of the year I always seem to have my mind thinking about Wiesbaden alot.🤗

There is a part of wiesbaden called kohleck and klarenthal. There is a weird tall church building and the area surrounding it has odd monuments and interesting shops in a very long street called dotzheimer straße. Maybe this is another route you can walk?
