He had some crazy plays, could escape most sacks, and does have a good arm regardless of what people say. The issue is that he wasn't consistent enough as a passer. If Caleb can do just a little of what Fields was able to do behind a bad O Line, as well as being a consistent passer, then the Bears will be just fine.
