Perfect!!! I will be making a similar arbor. I will be using solid stain rather than paint to avoid peeling and upkeep. Solid stain just fades over time, but it is so much better than paint. You can even make solid stain in a pinch by watering down acrylic paint that you have lying around.
I like to explain things so people can understand WHY I’m doing what I’m doing and how they can apply it to their situation. Not just follow what I’m doing blindly.
