The role of a nurse slowly grinds away at your soul because of the long hours & some of the harrowing situation's you face. Then you lose your identity due to the uniform and constantly being referred to as "nurse".... In addition to this she's a mum & a wife....well bloody done Trinny 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

agree! 3 kids and being a nurse ..she just does not have time to fuss around about make up and run around on high heels. I wish she had some additional and "practical"( even though Trinny hates the word) / everyday workable solutions to feel great about herself while working long hours ..at least this make over gave her a kick so she won't forget to look after herself . she's so sweet

She does not even look or ACT like the same girl! I love that! She looked like she wanted to hide before and then, after, like she wanted to strut, to go out and show off! Such a beautiful woman. That self care and nurture however you want to do it, is so important.
Trinny, I agree wholeheartedly with your mantra to Sarah about looking after herself. I raised my three daughters on my own and worked full time from when my youngest started school!! I would wake up early, exercise and get myself ready. Then I would get them up for school and the busy day would begin. Yes, I was busy, make no mistake, and it never let up, but looking after myself was, and still is, important to me. Now they are all in their 20s, they have fond memories of my personal habits and it actually is something they are really proud of!! It didn't make me any less of a loving, caring, attentive and devoted mother. Rather, me looking after myself helped them get a sense of their own value and how to be that champion for themselves. I believe that when we celebrate who we are and allow our children to see us as multi-dimensional, when they get older they may even include us in their list of role models. The highest compliment my girls have given me is that I am an inspiration to them.

This was the most amazing transformation, hands down the best of them all. I literally cried when she walked out. Sahara looked like a different person and went from depressed looking to a joyful stunner. I learned a lot done I am more on the "rounder" body shape myself.
Another beautiful episode- brilliant advice for anyone with curves who hibernates in baggy/black clothes (aka: me) Sarah looked absolutely stunning for her reveal. Well done Trinny + team!

Oh Trinny, I feel the same as Sarah! Not wanting to look in the mirror after my child was born (she’s the same age as Lila), which only got worse as I went through my 40s, stopping along the way to get married? That’s so where I’m at right now (at 53). I went from having a successful career that energized me in my 20s and 30s, to feeling so burnt-out and unrewarded at work I stopped working 7 years ago to take care of my daughter during times of public school and her great need for taxi service, and because my husband and I both have/had jobs that required a lot of overnight travel (We're in the US). I’m finding it difficult to re-enter my field, even tho I was kind of a “star” at one point.
Seeing Sarah’s story, and your suggestions for her, was very inspiring for me. OMG those beautiful eyes she has, and how her smile lit up the room in her after pictures! Stunning. I hope she keeps up with it, she deserves the time to herself to make it work on a daily basis. And her support friend was great- I could just tell how much she loved and valued her friend Sarah, and how truly joyful she was about Sarah’s self-confidence. We all need a friend like that! Thanks Trinny ❤️

The most Beautiful friendship, when yr friend cryes because of happiness of joy for you!💕 What a transformation-beautiful from inside and out! I so hope she did go for the green faux fur coat👌 For future, perhaps skip the extensions and go more to her beautiful natural hair color.
Her eyes look brighter in blonde and her skin more tanned. If she went to her natural ash brown her skin would look very pale and the eyes wouldn't stand out so much.
Really happy for Sarah, hope she is doing well and still looking as great! You have to take care of yourself to be able to take care of others. I feel this is a really, really important point that women aren’t taught.

Linda Shaw agreed. As much as I love the other episodes it's frustrating that I can never wear the clothes shown because Zara doesn't cater for those of us with curves. It's great they've chosen a different shop for this episode.
@@SmileyShazza and Linda Shaw- same here, all of Zara’s clothes don’t fit me even in the largest sizes. Especially the coats, sweaters, tops, blouses, shirts, dresses- anything that needs to fit around the bust, mid-section, and especially the arms. I love Trinny’s taste in coats especially, but I can wear any she picks out, and at Zara in particular.
@@DA-zk1qb I love Trinny and what she does in making these women feel great about themselves but I have felt in the past the videos have been more geared towards those on the lower end of the size spectrum. Zara clothes just do not cater for those of us with big busts, bums, hips and tummies - for once it's nice to actually see clothes that I might be able to try for myself.
