Wow, I turned off the green circle, restarted my phone, and turned it on again. When my phone turned on, I turned on data again. And it freaking worked. I was messing around with the 3G and LTE toggles, and I guess my data got stuck on 3G speeds. Thank you for the help!
I bought a new SIM card from T-Mobile, turned off VPN, all my apps have cellular data turned on, updated and restarted my phone, and my data still doesn’t work. What’s the next move because my phone is new as well and this problem carried over from my old phone.

Go to settings > General > transfer or reset > click reset > click reset network settings All done this will only work if you actually have data if you haven’t paid your current carrier or the sim is not successfully installed or the number is not ported correctly this steps won’t work other than that this will fix it 100% of the time I work for one of the Major carriers

Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Restart phone and network should be back working.
