Pretty much, it all has minerals and nutrients that plants need to thrive. I'd recommend only using fish from waterways you trust to be clean. Especially if you want to eat the crops you fertilize this with. This was the first time I used the stomach and intestines, and it seems to break down faster than previous times. I think the digestive enzymes probably help, but are not necessary.
