Might sound quite feminine but fellas use 100% rose water against the redness and a bit less pimples, works like a charm and the smelle goes quite fast away, so I don't recommend washing it of, I mean you will do it on the next day anyways with your normal face wash
If I cut myself I use a small piece of paper … leave it there for a minute or two and it stops bleeding… put some aftershave on and it’s all good… got no acne no pimples on my face, I barely use soap to wash my face half the time it’s only just water… I don’t get why people use 10 different chemicals on their face then complain of acne etc

Checked about Alum block, its some chemical product made of potassium and aluminum. Personally i can't rub this on my body, definitely not sensitive areas as a shaved face, the aluminum in it will give me itch for days.
Real question what if the cut is near some hair and when you continue to cut your hair the the cut gets damaged and getting biggerand bels more and more fo your flesh Grat content by the way 😊

I usually just tear off a small piece of toilet paper and press it on the cut, leave it for 5-10 minutes, then pull it off. Bleeding stopped 👍🏻
