Sir i am just shocked after listening to this lecture of your. My entire life of almost 27 ive been told that "gusse ko pijao". My anger started 4-5 years ago. I would always be told gussa pijao. There was no way to channel this. Now today i have a lot of stress and anxiety from this.
Same is the case with me😔😔😔

i ve wrote down channelise meaning in urdu, every word has its meaning, in ur todays lecture there r so many shorcomings regarding gussa, its a huge topic, i dont agree many of ur analasis or observation or experiences wht so ever, i always respect ur sayings many of ur lectures are more than best but here u cant achive the goal. our religion teaches us to tolerate, our prophet S.A.W set so many examples of tolerate things and acts how can we go against it, i personaly practise gusa and tolerance but i found peace, harmny while tolerating things but not arguing . any ways ur experiences might b different from me but sitting at that plateform we must spread more positive gestures not the negative ones
