- Let’s take a quick tour of the 3rd Floor Arcade! I just recently made some changes and also added the Atari Pong Pub Table, Midway Legacy and Capcom Legacy cabinets from Arcade1up. A few of my personal favorites include Ms Pac-Man, Marvel vs Capcom, Golden Tee and also the Neo Geo MVSX from Unico. Let’s check it all out. #arcade1up #retrogaming #homearcade

Thanks dude! I highly recommend that Pong Table for your 3rd Floor arcade. However that Pong Table was not easy getting up there. I had to take it almost all apart to fit up the two staircases haha. 👍

Pinball would be an awesome addition to the arcade. I’m excited for what Arcade 1up does for the next round of those already.
I can’t wait to see what the next round of pinball is like. I’m hoping they come with a bigger playfield and maybe more tables.

Definitely get yourself an ALU and ALP. I had so many Arcade1Up machines piled into a tight space that I started feeling like a hoarder. I got myself an ALU and it is a game changer. You get all those machines in one machine, but with better controls and a bigger screen. Since then I have bought a second one and sold 14 of my Arcade1Up cabinets. The ALP is hands down awesome. I have it along with all three Arcade1Up pinball tables. Though they look better than the ALP they never get used anymore since I got the ALP. Long story, but if you get either or both of those you won't regret it.
Nice! I have the Atgames Gamer Pro and absolutely love that thing. Great controls and I got a ton of games of there. But definitely want to add the ALU at some point. Wondering if they will release a new version at some point in the near future. ALP looks amazing also. I’ve heard nothing but great things about that. Looks great dude. I pulled the trigger on the MVSX after you assured me it was pretty stable on that riser and have to say its an excellent machine--managed to get the Hylo for it too.

Last weekend I was in Ocean City, NJ and there was actually a pretty good arcade there on their boardwalk. Was playing some Turtles in Time and Ms Pac Man.
I'm just getting an awesome arcade vibe from the noises alone, it's so nostalgic. :) I've noticed that your MVSX was modded too. :) Awesome job. Yeah to complete that arcade feel, you should get at least one pinball machine in there if you can.

Definitely recommend adding the Atgames Legends Pinball, if you can spare the space. It gets the most play of any cabinet in my room. After the recent firmware updates and with the Zaccaria packs, it's easily worth the asking price IMHO.
Atgames Legends Pinball looks amazing. I think of all the pinball options, that might be top on my list 👍

I love the arcade! I'm scheming on maybe a 'triple game group' to sneak a few more games into my room. I'd forgotten about that from back in the 'real' arcade days. I LOL at 'one pinball'. You'll get more for sure!

Nice setup man. And thanks for the cool tour! Been sick for a while now and much better now. Really aching to get back to my arcade machines and get something finished finally. Lol I am also trying to do my video game console repair as well as fix and flip going. Also got things to do around the house inside and out. My suggestion is to get the Out Run Arcade1up. I want that one myself and turn it into a full on dedicated racing cabinet! Waiting for the price to drop some more on the stand up version.

Two points: Burgertime never gets enough love. Arcade 1Up nailed that cab design. Second, that Atari Legacy Tempest cab would look killer in your arcade. Beautiful side art, unique cab design, and classic games. Maybe switch out the 40th Pacman for it since you already have MS Pacman?
I agree A1UP totally nailed the Burgertime cab. Love that one! The artwork and shape of that one is perfection. And that Tempest cab is amazing! I’m really tempted to pull the trigger on that one.
I got Bubble Bobble and Burger Time for NES when I was a kid for Xmas. My parents were so great.
Looks great! Yes pinball is a must, I've recently got Marvel and Attack from Mars and I think my other cabinets are getting a bit jealous lol!

You may have sold me with the showing of Pong. I too always liked the 70s retro look. I think Warlords and Circus Atari are tough to pass up.
It really is a great product from A1UP. The quality and fun factor of it is top notch brother.
u should add a ---Jamma 60 in 1---- in a custom 1up cabinet, paint it something cool, add a 4 way joystick....get some multicade stickers marquee's etc.. has a lot of great games ! mr doo donkey kong ! and tons more ! every old schooler arcade nut must have the Jamma 60 in 1 !
Awesome room Jason! I can't see this room enough man. It's like a dream room man. Looks like you just need a racing arcade now. My room was made choppier. I can't really do a wall of side to side arcades in mine. I have two, then a bathroom door, two more, then a bar, one more then another bathroom door two more then a walk in closet. My room was here when we got our house. It was a game room with an in-ground pool just outside off of the patio. They put two bathrooms and a fireplace with wet bar. Perfect for an arcade room but there's all of this other non movable stuff. I have 9 three quarter scale arcades in here now. Still got room for more just can't line em up like you did. Cool video man.

Definitely a fun looking place to spend hours at a time. I have a TMNT cabinet already built (that I hope still works when I take it out of storage) that I want to move into a home I'm buying soon. Bought a Street Fighter legacy cabinet recently but it'll stay in box for the same reasons related to moving. Probably the only other one I intend to get in the Simpsons Arcade when that goes up for sale. Your 3rd floor is way more awesome though and I hope one day i might be able to get a few more like what you've got.

I'm 6'3" and I use some furniture risers I found on Amazon. Search for "BTSD-home 3 Inch Heavy Duty Bed Risers" and you should find them. Cost about $19 per set and are really stable. They bring the standard 1up risers level with the Star Wars and Outrun risers and the inner boards of the 1up risers fit well into the slot. Also works for the MVSX and allows me to play without chopping off the top of the display. ;)

I got a 5 inch riser extension for my Midway Legacy makes it a perfect height. You should get one for it. Makes a world of difference.

Room is off the hook!!! E3 quickly approaches, what impact will it have on our arcade collections? Also, will Arcade1UP put out a higher quality software pinball table with 1080p screen, is what I'm looking for.

Really impressive setup, and choice of games that other people don't have- esp the big buck light gun game, neo geo, and atari pong game. Love everything you've done. I think either a Legends ultimate or pinball would be a fine addition to your room. Your current games will have a better authentic look of the arcades. A more expensive addition would be one of those $3000-$5000 hyperspin cabinets, with about 16TB of console and newer arcade games. But the later option seems too expensive and overkill...unless you get bored of your current setup much later on...

Definitely add a pinball. Also could you do a video covering how you did the setup as far as power? For instance dedicated breakers or power strips etc. Great content keep up the videos
Thanks Kevin! I definitely gotta pick up a pinball machine for the game room for sure. There’s so many great options out there. I can def do a video on the powering of the machines. I pretty much don’t do anything too special, I use about 5 or 6 power strips scattered throughout the room. 👍
Love the set up! I wish I had more space, I have 5 of these and a pool table so I only have room for one more - trying to be patient and make sure the last one I buy is a must have - hoping for a new wave this Fall

If you decide on getting a pinbal machine I hear that the Legends Ultimate is pretty nice, especially if you want to mod it which is neat. Attack From Mars, Star Wars, and Marvel pinbal machines from Ac1up look really nice as well. Looking forward in seeing the iRcade in action from you soon.
Yeah I think I might go with the Atgames Pinball. Every review I hear of it sounds very positive! I can’t wait for the iiRcade to get here, I feel like I’m counting down the days lol 👍

That Atari table looks HUGE... I like it! The controls look a little taller too than the standard cabs which I think is good to make it the standing cab it's supposed to be. If I might make a suggestion, I think I would turn the table controls to where it sits like an x rather than a +, if you know what I mean. I just think it would make the controls more accessible and ready for a 4 player battle. Just my recommendation off my observation...
Anyways, great looking arcade room! As far as adding to it, I would likely add the Arcade1up Atari legendary (Tempest) cab, X-men and The Simpsons... but that's just me.

There should be an Arcade1Up that features Virtua Fighter 1-3, Tekken 1-Tag Tournament, Dead or Alive 1-2, and Mortal Kombat 4. This arcade should be called “The 90s 3D Fighting Game Collection”. To make fans play the games again, they should also be in HD.
I love that idea especially with Tekken on there! Hopefully A1UP moves in that direction 👍

I’ve been looking at the MK2 cabinet, but I’m not sure how well the 17inch display works for 2 players - is it big enough? I worry that the combination of the small-ish screen and the deck with the risers alongside the sticks would make it feel a bit claustrophobic…
It’s a little tight on the control deck with 2 players but it’s doable. I think the screen size is fine but the main issue is the overall height. When you play standing, the top of the monitor is blocked by the marquee. It’s completely fine playing sitting down however. Overall, it’s a great cabinet with 12 very good games and it’s a really sweet looking machine. 👍
Street Fighter and the NeoGeo are My FAV.

I would definitely add an Arcade1Up Pinball. I got the Attack from Mars Pin. Definitely recommend it. Also think the Atari Legacy is a great cab to add
Attack From Mars is definitely high on my wish list. I like the other two A1UP pinballs as well!

Awesome looking arcade you have indeed! I think I myself will have to settle just looking at videos about most of these machines. I bought a couple of the first ones, Space Invaders and SFII. I like them both a lot but living in Europe/Finland, I had to pay 270€ for each. It seems that most of these new releases are not even coming to Europe. The basic Pac Man can be found but no way will I pay 560€ for that one. Hearing all those stories about 50-80 dollar Walmart purchases makes me sad :D

@@3rdFloorArcade Thanks for responding Jason! To me you are the Michael Jordan of home arcades! Waiting for the upcoming E3 announcements with the limited free space you have now is the right move. One thing I wanted to mention about the sit down outrun is that you can always mod it to a standup. I heard of people passing up outrun plainly because it's a sit down version which I think is silly, especially when they stop making them. Imagine missing out on an outrun cabinet forever just because it has a seat. Anyway, thanks again and keep up the great work. Good luck with your future 3rd floor arcade endeavors!
