Dear Anas السلام علیکم Very Charming personality and way of describing useful things. I am much impressed by you videos and ur honest views. I pray for ur success. My son is is doing MS in Data Science from UH, UK. He started in sep. 2024 and in First semester now.
I’m a qualified accountant and due to personal reasons had to drop out of my masters. I am restarting this January. Nevertheless, the knowledge gained meant I could command a higher salary and I am currently on £55k. Combination of finance and data science seems to be the key to success. Once I finish my masters I’ll be looking for a pay rise and even my current skills of PowerBI/M Code and SQL are extremely sought after and exceedingly rare m within a pretty large business. Highly recommend doing even just an AAT course to bolster your future salary - doesn’t have to be a full on chartered qualification!
That's amazing, thank you for sharing your experience. It's indeed true that the finance industry pays the most. Just had a chat today with a friend who is a software developer in Paris and wants to shift into finance because of the competitive pay.
Of course, salaries in big cities are 2 or 3 times higher than in small cities, because rental housing and the standard of living there are much higher. Thanks for the video, looking forward to the next one, good luck
Great video and good presentation keep going brother. btw I heard lot of negatives opinions from reddit that its impossible to get a IT job (sponsored) in UK..am on my way to do masters in Data Science in Middlesex University. So cummunity peoples are saying like a subpar university will not get you anything nd I’ll be in debt . So really wanna know a genuine opinion, if you have a prior knowledge in this. Please share your insights about this
@@Saayuu007 thanks for your feedback. I understand your concerns regarding sponsorship jobs in the UK. Yes, it is quite difficult to get a job as an internation graduate even with a masters degree. As you know lots of people have masters nowadays but 99% don't try to stand out. I advise in my videos to do these 2 things to increase your chances to get a job after graduation (btw it took me 9 months to get my first job): 1/ leverage LinkedIn asap: create content, connect with people, talk to recruiters. Basically build a presence right now, don't wait after graduation. 2/ do freelance data science projects alongside your degree. You will gain experience and earn some money. Then add the experience on your CV and LinkedIn. Now let's have an example: 2 masters graduate. 1 got a degree then starts to look for a job. The other 1 got a degree + used LinkedIn for 1 year + had a few freelance projects. Who is the one most likely to get an interview then a job? Most people don't try to stand out. Hello Anas, I did a data science course back a year ago, afterwards I did a 2 month interniship and then for almost one year I did a data scientist job from Pakistan. I'm going to UK for pursuing bachelors in cyber security but I want to continue doing a data science job. So can you let me know that can international students get part time data scientist jobs with an year experience? And what'll be the pay if they get the job?
@@abidanasreenqureshi8524 you could leverage your experience to get an internship even though there are no guarantees. There’s an intersection between data science and cybersecurity. it’s good to be positive. Try to stand out. Showcase your previous experience on GitHub and on LinkedIn. Be active on LinkedIn, speak to data scientists, recruiters, CEOs etc… Being proactive is the best thing you could do. Instead of hoping, try to make things happen. I’m rooting for you

Hi sir
Are you need a professional youtube thumbnail designer and youtube video SEO expert?
Not looking for it at the moment but thanks for the suggestion. Have a good day
does need cs degree background to get job
