I Wish We Had Fire Engines Like The Old Fire Engines With The Sirens On The Roof ! You Americans Have The Best Fire Engines In The World! I’ve Never Heard Of A Tractor-Driven Fire Engine Before, Till I Saw One On TH-cam A Few Years Ago, Then I Had To Find Out What It Meant!
I Acually Saw The Same Ambulance At A Sheraton Hotel In Philadelphia Before I Went To Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia In September 2019, And December 2019. And I Even Saw Red Lights In September 2019 While Walking, And While Getting Ready To Sleep In December 2019! September 2019 I Think It Was An International And In December 2019, It Was A Ford
John, I really enjoyed watching your Philadelphia video. Years ago I had a girlfriend who lived in Philly so I was down there quite often. The Philadelphia Fire Department museum was around the corner from her home so your video brought back some great memories for me. PFD pumper #57 with the articulating boom apparatus on top also brought back some memories for me. In the early 1970's FDNY placed an order for 80 Mack CF pumpers. Two of them were ordered with similar articulating boom apparatus on top. One was assigned to Engine Company 310 on Church Ave in East Flatbush Brooklyn. I don't recall which engine company received the second one.
Those Philly guys don't mess around. Nice catches, my friend.
