Buy offline to avail warranty, some Yamaha service centre does not provide warranty on products purchased online or buy directly from yamaha music website

I purchased Yamaha psr I 300, on 19 june 2023, Rs/-17000 Through the Flipkart. But some Rids are not working. they given 3 years warranty. i contacted the customer service and Flipkart customer but they are not responding. Waste Yamaha service😢😢
Thank you for bringing this up...this should be a lesson for everyone buying electronics keyboards online and are unable to claim the 3 yrs warranty that the company provides. If you were here from Jaipur we could probably have helped you..anyways pls show it to Yamaha service centre near your area or shop, hopefully they will consider or provide needed service
