My mom went with me. I tried on 4 dresses, took my time and did the whole "full view" mirror thing to see the complete look... Although they were all gorgeous, nothing really "spoke" to me. My mom grabbed one last dress to try on and I knew it was the one! She gasped and started crying as soon as I got it on... (I'm the baby girl of 7 kids, so I figured that's why she was crying. I didn't cry, I was just so overjoyed. It was the perfect fit for me and didn't need any alterations! 💕💕💕

I think you looked beautiful in all of them. The one that stood out I believe was the second one. I went by myself and when I saw my dress, I knew it was the one. It took me about 2 hours but I got the one that totally fit my personality.
Honestly Ika, you would know when you find the dress. I knew right away when I found mine. Gurrrrllllll, you have a-to-die for hour glass figure, ( song: coca-cola bottle shape a it a run the place) so I do believe a mermaid dress would look fabulous on you. I think that style compliments your womaness and though I love the last dress too I think it hides the woman that you are and make you look a little girly. I tried on 10 dresses before I found the right one . You can just tell once you find the right one , I can still remember that feeling and I been married 17 years now . Once you find the right one you will know ❤️

Ika, love that you're taking #ThePeople wedding dress shopping! I'm here for it! 😁 So here's my personal opinions about the dresses you tried on today: 1st one no. Don't like the "wings" lol 2nd one potential. I love how it showed off your shape. 3rd one no. Forget the spaghetti straps. Gives me Night gown vibes lol. BTW you looked fantastic in it but if you don't feel beautiful then you'll "wear" it as such. 4th one...no. Despite it being strapless I actually think you looked the most uncomfortable in all the ones you tried on today. 5th dress was a nice surprise as I wasn't sure about a ball gown silhouette on you but I think if it usnt too poofy lol rhat silhouette may also have potential. It was very flattering. So I think you'll look best in white not an Ivory nor cream colour dress. I picture you in a strapless, fit and flare dress. That silhouette will look beautiful on you...HOWEVER having said that, I also believe fit and flare dresses with fitted sheer long lace sleeves--think the "fancy" term is "long sleeve illusion" lol. I think the sleeve would not only look beautiful but elegant as well on you. Wedding dress shopping can be pretty overwhelming. Lol I brought my husband/then fiancé with me as well. While he saw the dress on me before our wedding day, he did not get the full effect with my hair and makeup until the day. The look on his face when he saw me was EVERYTHING I could want in his reaction. We couldn't stop smiling at each other even more then when I first tried on my dress. I think I mentioned I didn't cry when I found THE dress. No I just couldn't stop smiling once I tried it on. I just knew it. I had this feeling of confidence. It was one of those times when I knew I looked and felt beautiful. I think Dem will definitely help narrow things down for you. One of the things that should have helped a bit with you today was figuring out a couple of things you don't want to wear for your wedding. When I found my wedding dress it was so unexpected! I tried on mermaid dresses and hated every single one! But I knew that’s the type of dress I wanted, however, the lady working at the store took a flared off dress to me and immediately I was like “NOPE!” But she begged me to put it on and OMG!!!! I gasped when it was finally up and my eyes started to water and I felt like a complete princess! I felt so regal, it had fit perfectly and I didn’t want to take it off! I couldn’t believe it looked so good on me because of how it looked on the rack…..moral of the story: be open minded and patient with yourself 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Awe this brings back so many memories. Shopping for my wedding dress was so fun. I got married last year and if I could do it all over again, I absolutely would. You look stunning already and everything hasn’t even come together yet. Cherish every moment m, even the stressful times, it’s all so worth but it goes so fast. Congratulations 🎊

Dress 2 and 4!! It's like my wedding gown but mine's just a balloon ball gown unlike yours, but with a sweetheart neckline and no straps. I never tried other wedding dresses since my mom has graciously given her dress to me. My advice is to try every single silhouette.
My dress shopping experience was similar to yours. On the day I found mine, I went to one shop alone and the second with my aunt and sister. I chose mine based off destination and how it made me feel and how it’d fit the destination and If hubby would love me in it. I stuck to what looks flattering on me. I didn’t cry, wasn’t emotional lol I was just like this is the one. Idk, often times we get carried away with what we think it should be and that’s just not who I am. Have fun, the engagement process is so underrated so have fun!!
Definitely strapless! The style of the 2nd dress is PERFECT. You have to compliment it with an updo and either a long train or a veil & DETAILS HUNNY! DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS! TOP GYAL STATUS!
The second dress was really pretty on you! ❤️. I also went to Kleinfeld in Toronto! That is where I found my wedding dress. The first dress I put on was my dress. I was only able to bring my mom, because of the COVID restrictions. I did not cry but I knew that was my dress because I already had an idea of the silhouette and style I wanted. It had every element I wanted in that one dress. At the end of the day, all the dresses you wear will look beautiful. It becomes easier when you can narrow down the silhouette. I would recommend bringing someone with you. They will also be able to provide suggestions.
I ❤ Grecian (Greek styled) wedding dresses. They have that flowy, ethereal, whimsical, classy fairytale looks to them. Your wedding dress should be something you lay eyes on and it that makes your heart halt and race simultaneously.
Take a friend that will tell the sales people exactly what you want. Libras are so picky and indecisive you for sure shouldn’t have gone alone! You needed friends there to help calm you and also bring the good vibes and great energy to help you find the one!

I recommend you doing research on what shapes you envision yourself in at your wedding! Also narrow down what material or betting you want, and how much you want the dress to weight if it is appropriate for recipient like beach ballroom outside etc! I bought several bridal magazines and knew before I went in what I liked. I cut out the pages took it with me and yes the right one screamed my name. The dress looked like it was made for me.
Libra to Libra- I tried on exactly 47 dresses before I found the one! After awhile I was losing hope and was like I’m too indecisive for this shittt lol but trust you are gonna find the one! ❤️

From my personal experince...when looking for a wedding dress its best to just pick what you find is you and what you find that is beautiful to you, because when one keeps looking; the more they see and find the more overwhelming it will be and confusion sets in. I know it's your first time but it isn't as hard. Just relax, pick what you feel the best beautiful in...there will always be more than 1 beautiful gown but get the one that you feel was made for you once you try it on and look in the mirror. Yes, wedding dress shopping is overwhelming. I just got married 5/8/22. I didn't cry but my mom did lol. I'm just not that person that cries over things like that. I didn't even cry at my wedding but everyone else did lol. Everything turned out beautifully amid the caiois. It went by fast, like a blurr, so enjoy the moment as much as you can and try to remain stress free as much as you can, it can get crazy lol. I know you will be a Beautiful bride, you are a beautiful person!!!! Enjoy the process!!

After watching you for so long I feel like dress #2 is your style! Even if the design is different the shape of it makes you look amazing!

I tried on 10 dresses before I found the right one . You can just tell once you find the right one , I can still remember that feeling and I been married 17 years now . Once you find the right one you will know ❤️

So here's my personal opinions about the dresses you tried on today:
1st one no. Don't like the "wings" lol
2nd one potential. I love how it showed off your shape.
3rd one no. Forget the spaghetti straps. Gives me Night gown vibes lol. BTW you looked fantastic in it but if you don't feel beautiful then you'll "wear" it as such.
4th one...no. Despite it being strapless I actually think you looked the most uncomfortable in all the ones you tried on today.
5th dress was a nice surprise as I wasn't sure about a ball gown silhouette on you but I think if it usnt too poofy lol rhat silhouette may also have potential. It was very flattering.
So I think you'll look best in white not an Ivory nor cream colour dress.
I picture you in a strapless, fit and flare dress. That silhouette will look beautiful on you...HOWEVER having said that, I also believe fit and flare dresses with fitted sheer long lace sleeves--think the "fancy" term is "long sleeve illusion" lol. I think the sleeve would not only look beautiful but elegant as well on you.
Wedding dress shopping can be pretty overwhelming. Lol I brought my husband/then fiancé with me as well. While he saw the dress on me before our wedding day, he did not get the full effect with my hair and makeup until the day. The look on his face when he saw me was EVERYTHING I could want in his reaction. We couldn't stop smiling at each other even more then when I first tried on my dress.
I think I mentioned I didn't cry when I found THE dress. No I just couldn't stop smiling once I tried it on. I just knew it. I had this feeling of confidence. It was one of those times when I knew I looked and felt beautiful.
I think Dem will definitely help narrow things down for you. One of the things that should have helped a bit with you today was figuring out a couple of things you don't want to wear for your wedding.

When I found my wedding dress it was so unexpected! I tried on mermaid dresses and hated every single one! But I knew that’s the type of dress I wanted, however, the lady working at the store took a flared off dress to me and immediately I was like “NOPE!” But she begged me to put it on and OMG!!!! I gasped when it was finally up and my eyes started to water and I felt like a complete princess! I felt so regal, it had fit perfectly and I didn’t want to take it off! I couldn’t believe it looked so good on me because of how it looked on the rack…..moral of the story: be open minded and patient with yourself 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Dress 2 and 4!! It's like my wedding gown but mine's just a balloon ball gown unlike yours, but with a sweetheart neckline and no straps. I never tried other wedding dresses since my mom has graciously given her dress to me. My advice is to try every single silhouette.
My dress shopping experience was similar to yours. On the day I found mine, I went to one shop alone and the second with my aunt and sister. I chose mine based off destination and how it made me feel and how it’d fit the destination and If hubby would love me in it. I stuck to what looks flattering on me. I didn’t cry, wasn’t emotional lol I was just like this is the one. Idk, often times we get carried away with what we think it should be and that’s just not who I am. Have fun, the engagement process is so underrated so have fun!!

Definitely strapless! The style of the 2nd dress is PERFECT. You have to compliment it with an updo and either a long train or a veil & DETAILS HUNNY! DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS! TOP GYAL STATUS!

The second dress was really pretty on you! ❤️. I also went to Kleinfeld in Toronto! That is where I found my wedding dress. The first dress I put on was my dress. I was only able to bring my mom, because of the COVID restrictions. I did not cry but I knew that was my dress because I already had an idea of the silhouette and style I wanted. It had every element I wanted in that one dress. At the end of the day, all the dresses you wear will look beautiful. It becomes easier when you can narrow down the silhouette. I would recommend bringing someone with you. They will also be able to provide suggestions.
I ❤ Grecian (Greek styled) wedding dresses. They have that flowy, ethereal, whimsical, classy fairytale looks to them. Your wedding dress should be something you lay eyes on and it that makes your heart halt and race simultaneously.

Take a friend that will tell the sales people exactly what you want. Libras are so picky and indecisive you for sure shouldn’t have gone alone! You needed friends there to help calm you and also bring the good vibes and great energy to help you find the one!

From my personal experince...when looking for a wedding dress its best to just pick what you find is you and what you find that is beautiful to you, because when one keeps looking; the more they see and find the more overwhelming it will be and confusion sets in. I know it's your first time but it isn't as hard. Just relax, pick what you feel the best beautiful in...there will always be more than 1 beautiful gown but get the one that you feel was made for you once you try it on and look in the mirror. Yes, wedding dress shopping is overwhelming. I just got married 5/8/22. I didn't cry but my mom did lol. I'm just not that person that cries over things like that. I didn't even cry at my wedding but everyone else did lol. Everything turned out beautifully amid the caiois. It went by fast, like a blurr, so enjoy the moment as much as you can and try to remain stress free as much as you can, it can get crazy lol. I know you will be a Beautiful bride, you are a beautiful person!!!! Enjoy the process!!

I think your style is more on the simple side. I think you might love a dress that doesn't have lace or flower details , like a clean white silky look that isn't a mermaid or princess style but the elegant style. Not sure if I'm right but I really think I might be
