what's the name of the effect when there's red tint coming in from the sides like over exposed film. I've been trying to do that in after effects and in final cut. no one i know can place the name and i cant find a tutorial.

or cuz its tricky and dangerous and doesnt look as good through a fisheye. if you do it long lens you get the full perspective which is good cuz you can really see how fast hes goin
