Can you get a double aerial twist using this technique?(doing the aerial first and then twisting)Most people who do double aerial twists use a different technique.They do a weird twist with their arms and they twist before they flip.So could i get a double atwist with your technique?Love your work,keep it up! :)
Hi! I have only seen few wushu people do a double aerial twist (look for liang chao). Wushu aerial twist tend to start once the person is upside down "late twist", whereas, in tricking it starts a little early (most of time). From my perspective, most trickster use a different arm set up and dont really do an aerial and then twist, they mostly do a webster and twist out of it. Anyways, i guess the short answer is that if you are not a wushu person, and are trying to get that double, you are better off using the tricking set up ! 💪
