    Yo Adrian is a legend! I'm a new fan but his insight is genius and content is thorough and thoughtful. I can't recommend a full watch more.

    Very interesting. Yams: 1920s farmers bred darker, sweeter sweet potatoes. West African cooking didn't use much dairy, that came in from Europe, via to knobs, then the rich, then the ordinary people. Hush Puppies are little balls of corn, not a brand of shoes. And, as typical, no mention that extremely cruel and ultimately utterly pointless slavery was endemic in Africa from way before any European knew Africa existed. And that the semitic i.e. Arab tribes took millions of African slaves and worked almost all of them to death. I wonder how soul food is doing in the Middle-East.

    Please tell me that you have added "seedless GMO" fast food garbage (chicken that tastes you are eating a sponge) and water that needs to be filtered before drinking.
