1-shivery. The Tariqa is the way of shivery. Like a Knight of the heavens for men and women. Follow the teachings and lessons.
2-12 Imams from the holy family of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The love of the family and the 12 moons they represent and teaching of their hearts is what’s important.
3-attack of negativity and saddened. It’s a good thing to feel down . You have remorse and your heart is alive. Soft heart to cry what did wrong. Give charity and do good deeds.
