@David Bombal, I have configured AAA server and used TACACS as you have explained in the video, now I wanted to check the log files for accounting under Var/log/ and they show nothing. Can you please guide me where can I see the logs for the accounting purpose?

Packet Tracer is a simulator, so not fully functional. Nice to use for CCNA labs, but not for real world. GNS3 supports a full TACACS+ and RADIUS implementation - so this is much more real world.

login authentication gns3group is missed
I remember the lab. you taught the same lab with PKT.
