As a Maytronics tech, if you do not put the whole cord in the water. You only need to put the length of cable that is required to reach each end of the pool. Doing this will allow your swivel to do its job and will not tangle. You have almost twice the amount of cord that is needed and your swivel can not do what it is designed to do.

Great review- don’t pull the vacuum out by the cord, and I just found out the correct programming for the power box. The one stands for once a day every 24 hours for seven straight days, the two stands for every other day at that 24 hour mark for seven days, and the three stands for every third day at that same 24 hour mark for seven days.

We love our Nautilus CC Plus- best investment. Keeps our pool super clean.

I received this model in April 2018. It's been in the pool continuously (except for filter cleaning) since then. The only maintenance required was once when it tried to pick up a twig and it caught in the tread. Removing the twig and repositioning the tread on the roller took all of 2 minutes. Still going strong.

You leave it in the pool while you swim?

Nicely done video. But please let your viewers know that they must not pull the robot out of the water by the cord. Instructions specifically say, under the heading “Cautions and Warnings“ - “Do not use the cable to take the pool cleaner *out* of the water.“
You can gently pull the cord to bring it to the side, for easy access. But the Nautilus Robot *must* be lifted out by its handle, so as not to damage the connection-or worse, cause it to eventually loosen and cause electrocution.

You should use the handle to pull the robot out of the water, once it is on the surface. Don’t use the cable.

I am soooo glad you made this video..I have a very dirty pool and I have had this same model for over a month now. I didn't think it was getting clean and when you got to the part on the filters I realized what was going on. I only got 3 of the pleated filters with my dolphin when I ordered it and I have been cleaning with the fine filters. Don't use those stupid filters...use the pleated ones at all times! Thank you for the eye opening experience and I have to call them now and figure out why I only got 3 instead of 4 with the first kit!

Perfect video for me-- I just ordered one... we have a vinyl liner inground with Grecian corners and exactly the same coping -- I was wondering if it would work. Thanks so much for taking the time to do this. If they have a robot that paints the coping please send me the link!

hello. I have the Nautilus Plus model and I wanted to know how I do if the filters fill up before the robot finishes its cycle. I understand that if I turn off the console to clean them, the robot loses the scan and starts cleaning again from the beginning?

My concern is the dealer said he had to send this to Maytronics for repair as several years ago they changed the design with a result there are no field serviceable parts. He recommended a Polaris model as he can service this at his store. Not sure was the turn-around time is to have the Dolphin serviced and returned from Maytronics.

If you have too much of the cable released it will kink/twist. I had the same problem but reduced amount just enough so cleaner can reach every corner of the pool. Also, leave the cable on ground beside pool rather than throw it all into the water that way the cleaner will just gently pull the cable as it needs it. Both me and my neighbor do this and never have kinks .

    Hello.
Mine keep fipping onto its back, and won't flip back over. Do you think it could be the blue rollers. It's 5 years old.
    Thank you.

I have been trying for a week to connect WIFI APP. Cannot get the App to find the Dolphin CC Plus Robotic Pool Cleaner. BlueTooth on app. Connecting phone to 2.4 speed. Turned off and on several times and still will not connect. Tried everything. Any Ideas? Tech support says they dont think the app works properly. It is the selling point for me to use during travel.

Understand that it has to be plugged directly into 120 volt outlet, no voltage regulator. Here in Manila we have 220 v outlets can I have the unit plugged into a step down transformer giving 120 volts?

Clean the filters from the side that hat the plastic x ‘s first and don’’t pull the filter out of the pool by the cord. If you clean it from the other side you impeding the dirt and it won’t be as clean. Had mine for 6 years so far no problems

Great video. Man I really want this one but they are so expensive! I think I'm just going to have to bite the bullet though because I freaking hate conventional vacuuming, it is a major PIA! Great to hear maytronics is a honorable company with replacement parts, I've heard negative stuff r/t other companies not honoring warranty or standing behind their products.

I have done it and had no problems at all. Running once every day. But this is not a guarantee of success and you should confirm with the manufacturer (i dont want to be responsible if you did have an issue. doh!)

Ricky Potter These pool cleaners are great for about the first year. After that look to spend hundreds of dollars to keep repairing the unit. I just spent $175.00 on a rebuild kit to still have the cleaner to continuously fail. The tracks keep coming off jamming the unit. I would recommend looking around at other pool cleaning equipment. Not worth the money.

Your filters are disgusting looking. Could damage water with algae. Also just use pool shock mixed with water in a bucket and let your filters soak. Comes out perfect.
