I went to Pizza John's all the time when I worked as a reporter out in Essex. Dependable, great for lunch. I got a frozen pizza from Eddie's a while back. I keep meaning to make the jaunt back over from Towson. The only things I'd advise people of are they're close Mondays and they don't do slices later in the day when it gets busy. They had an outpost at Camden Yards for a while and the quality really held up there, which you can't always say for a lot of those situations (like the primary pizza partner they've got right now). Pasta Mista, Homeslyce and Underground Pizza Co. (which is Detroit-style) are also real good.

you're just the King of Pizza Dave own it
Scott... man of the people. Everybody knows the rules.
Dave a true man of the people can't help but love the guy
Who knew Maynard James Keenan also ran a pizzeria
Lmao! I was thinking the same thing!!!
@markwaldron7string | LMAAAAAAO
“I KNOW THE SLICES FIT….”
The real Maynard actually does have a pizza operation BTW. He owns a flatbread food truck that sits at his winery in Arizona.
@@buckfiden2594Different Maynard, One's a lead singer for tool The other founded the monetary system We use
Scott’s a great guy for taking pics with the fans. 👏👏👏
Thumbnail screams 5.4
It’s a Baltimore staple, just very different style
If you think that's a 5.4 than you don't know jack about pizza. Probably from California.
Hey bud, have you had it gotta try it first then you get score it
@marksommers4179 his 7.4 means it sucks.
That's the basic score these days.
0 crisp.
Cute restauraunt though
@@MrBud85not really
Fairly decent looking pie, their kitchen rocked
Another great American family working a great business!! Love it!! 🙏❤️🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
I’ve been eating pizza John’s since the 1980s 40 years now it’s really good pizza. Definitely heavy on the toppings. But my go to place was always squires there’s a ton of good pizza places you just gotta know where to look.
There's something heartwarming about Pizza shop owners who don't even ask the score, they're just genuinely happy Dave is there
Hey, has anyone heard of 'Jackpot Secrets Unveiled' by Emory Dainwood? I read it, and the methods in there are insane. They actually work, which is kind of scary. The part about the author disappearing is so wild too
Being a small business owner is a grind. Watching them get their flowers is just good TV
Man of the People!
Best Pizza in Baltimore. It's a sight to see. Very well run operation with huge staff dressed in immaculate whites. Tastes even better heated up in oven second day.
One bite everyone knows that a new TOOL album is never coming because Maynard James Keenan now owns a pizza place in Maryland.
I know the pizzas fit
But the good news is we might get the new Linkin Park album we thought wasn't possible...
That would be a good thing, the newest album was trash.
My dad worked here as a kid and we spent a lot of time here growing up. Definitely hit or miss by preference, but I love the place for the memories and the pep and bacon pizza is worth shaving a year off your life.
This is definitely the type of pizza I like. I vastly prefer thick and doughy, don’t really care for the thin and crispy.
This pizza review gave me Goodfellas vibes. It reminded me of Henry Hill walking through the kitchen of the Copacabana club and shaking everyone's hands and meeting everyone. That's what Dave did in this video!
El Pres of Baltimore ❤🎉
This looks like MY type of pizza, it's not for everyone, but it looks like it'd be for me.
Born and raised in Baltimore and I’ve been eating at this place my entire life. I promise ya this place is top notch and 7.4 is not what everyone will think. The best pie to get at this place is a 1/2 meat sauce 1/2 pep you won’t regret it.
It’s a 7 he was being nice.
@ well that’s just like your opinion man…sorry to hear that
Such great and thoughtful reviews. I agree. Owner and his family .. fantastic. Dave, you are the tops.
