only recently discovered this band via the hard rock show, real music played by real musicians,the playing and vocal is 1st class, classic rock lives, ROCK ON guys
The beginning reminds me a bit of "Like Suicide" by Soundgarden, which is quite a feat in itself because that must be one of the most unique songs I ever heard.
Love this, Leon & Crew! The verse and pre-chorus sections remind me of Filter’s Title of Record album and the choruses give me an Alice In Chains and Soundgarden feeling...but all with a fresh overall unique sound. This!!! Love it!
Thanks, we were really going for something big on this one. From memory the chorus is a PRS SC245 quad tracked with a Dual Rectifier and Marshall DSL, while the cleaner parts are an old 335 with the Dual Rec clean channel.

This song is a complete contradiction in style to 'Break you'. They sound like a 90's band on this. On break you they sound like Dokken, Ratt, Warrant, Winger etc.
The heavy riff going into the "rewind your mind / it's easy" part sounds an awful lot like "All Within My Hands" off St. Anger, and I'm not sure if that's intentional but I dig it.

I wonder if the band took inspiration from this psychological technique called "Rewind Technique" which is tremendously useful for people suffering with PTSD flashbacks (post-traumatic stress disorder) I recently applied that technique to myself right before christmas and it's amazing how it felt like it was the first time I could think with clarity for like 4 or 5 years... not even kidding
you would be amazed of how many small daily-life stressors we accumulate over time and all these small little things cause traumas, which compound over time... and no, it doesn't simply "go away" on its own

1st step, you start looking rapidly left and right, move your eyes to the right and to the left, back and forth, in a fast manner... no gradual motion, just left right, to the extremes of your vision... try focusing in objects in your room (this 1st step what it does is it brings you to the present, in case you are a person that ruminates on thoughts from the past a lot this is useful)
I like the it, but there too much key modulation and there's no actually riff that you can notice from the guitar. When i hear your music, the first thing i think of is nirvana. They were popular because their sound what dependent upon the bassline, kurt had catchy and memorable guitar riffs, and the overall simplicity of a three piece band.
