  • About the practice workshop
    What practice will I learn
The offering involves a rhythmic recitation of sacred Vedic mantras or hymns with focus and intention along with chanting, deep listening, concentration, and resonance with the vibrations of the sounds. A flutist, if interested can choose to learn to combine flute playing with meditation techniques such as focused breathing, mindfulness or mantra repetition.
    Benefits of this practice
By immersing in the meditative act of Vedic chanting, the practitioner will create a space for inner stillness, peace, and harmony, allowing the vibrations to resonate within and promote a sense of deep inner tranquility. Since Vedic chanting requires concentration and focus on the sounds, pronunciation, and rhythm of the mantras, its regular practice can enhance the ability to be present in the moment, cultivate mindfulness, and improve the capacity for sustained attention.
    Incorporating in my life
The practitioner must practice this art form for around 30 min per day on a light stomach in a routine manner.
