I talked with my teacher about your warm-up exercises. I'm trying to master my triads, but he loved the idea of really knowing thirds and sevenths. This is out of my pay grade, so I won;t even try this...for now. But I will be back, since your teaching style is way too user friendly. As a user, I like friendly people. As I said, I will be back.

I noticed that the 13th tones are the same as the 6/9 ones. You just add the flat 7th at the bottom.
When there is a 7th in the voicing, we label 6 as 13. The 7th implies that the 13 is an extension.
