As someone who lives in Altoona, PA (where they're made at the Boyer candy factory), I can confirm this is 100% accurate. We have at least one peanut butter python escape per month.

I actually tried to find some Clark bars after watching this, because I wanted to try them and see how similar to Butterfingers they were. Apparently, they were either purchased by Mallo or underwent a change of direction, because you can't find Clark bars anymore. They only sell Clark cups now, which are peanut butter cups like Reese's, except they have slightly crunchy filling. Which is kinda weird.
I really wanted to try their bar version.

The Clark Bar was something my middle school English teacher would give to her students on their birthdays along with a "homework card" that one can use to skip out on a homework and receive credit, but can only be used 5 times. The main reason was because her name was Ms. Clark. She ended up getting married when I while I was still in middle school and mainly goes by Mrs. Ramsey, but everyone knows her as Ms. Clark.
So every time I look back at a Clark Bar I think of Ms. Clark.
