Hello, I'm a complete beginner, this will be my first product. I've watched a lot of videos, so in theory I'm ready. Your tutorials are really great, clearly laid out so if I can't do it then there's no point in me continuing. I already have the tool, I'm just waiting for the board, the thickness will be 2 cm.
The nails are 2.5mm. Is this the right length? Greetings from Slovenia
Does the size of the board matter for the measurements, like if I have a smaller board do I still measure 2 centimeters from the edge?

Hello, in the video you use osb board but can it be anything else? Also does the string type matter for the outcome look?
You can use another type of wood, if you want. Of course strings type matter

Size of board doesn't matter) it only should be square form
