Excellent. Thank You. I had not fully pressed the nano sim out of card surround leaving it 2 mm bigger than it should be.Maybe the larger size is pre-pressed to leave a micro card.

I have the smaller sim. When I put it in the phone it does not seem to be registering. The sim is voxi. On the packaging it says to register the voxi sim online. How can I do that if the sim wont register in my phone and therefore I don't have Internet. Its truly baffling. What am I doing wrong?

Hey. You need another internet connection first, like WiFi. Because, if you haven't register this SIM before, it will not work. Best regards
