You can pray but that mean God will always give you an answer. Sometimes you have to know for yourself. God not going to tell you everything. For example the Bible says resist the devil and he will flee. When the devil offer you something you should know if it's wrong. Sometimes the answer is in the scriptures and you don't need to pray. God will help us but he gives the Holy Spirit to know.

Amen to that. Thats exactly a situation I was in anout 2 years ago. I wqs praying for discernment. I felt something in me stirring but could not orient myself on which way to go. That situation was surely not for me bit kept me through the entire ordeal as things came to light and set me up in a bteer more peace situation. Thank you Jesus.

@@rheeryder2524 Turn to the Word of God. The Word of God is Ye and Amen. What is the Word of God saying about the Situation..? Discerning of Spirit works both ways. One thing that will confirm is the Word of God. You can never go wrong with the Word of God properly implemented to examine the situstion. Also does the Holy Spirit witness with your spirit?
If so then, you're on the right path...
Please note: Holy Spirit sign of witness with our spirit is peace.
Best best to avoid any further misunderstanding...

God is not going to tell us everything. God requires us to know for ourselves. We read the Bible to know God's likes and dislikes. The Bible can tells us how we suppose to act and people suppose to act. So yess somethings but not every or anything

Knowing right from wrong is extremely important because people can use God's word wrong and deceive you. Just because people use the Bible doesn't mean it is used right. You have know when it is used right and when it is used wrong

I needed this tonight. Talk about timing. I prayed right before making a big decision and hours later when I let one thing go that pained me to let go of for weeks a better door opened tonight.
