Why is it that most all of these videos involve blocking a water course ? Sure seems like the water will continue to build up, run over the bulldozer work, and erode the roadway.
If this was done in the creeks and rivers in our areas in New York it would help with debris that plug pipes and bridges but with all the dot regulations we aren’t allowed
If you can help in anyway, it would be great., ive built Highways all over Tx, Multi-million dollars homes, On/Offshore Drilling rigs, even got into building skyscrapers in Houston and Austin Tx. Now i wanna go after my Inventions with everything ill need to build up around me for my employees

Like the other people here I don't think this guy really knows what he's doing it looks like he's creating a bigger problem than they had before putting all that dirt in there just going to wash away and he made it a lot bigger so there's more stuff to wash away before it was a lot better looks like he's just kind of riding around maybe to try and impress somebody hope he's not getting paid by the hour

Why cut of the river? When it rains, you get a big dam and get overflowed.
