The oysterstitch looks like an oyster, how funny. But leavestitch was also a good name. I didn't know this one. Thank you, Marion. Have a nice weekend.
Marion you are the stitch wizard! Your stitches are magical and always give me ideas for my projects. Thank you so much for bringing us these stitches. Some new, some old, but always beautiful and well illustrated. Have a wonderful weekend! 😊❤
@@marionsworld24Dear Marion, I can assure you that your filming is very nicely done. It is always difficult to video indoors and get the lighting and camera positioning just right, even in a studio setting. There are so many factors that can make it difficult when trying to film in a home. The lights, the objects in the room, the colors, size of the objects, windows, doorways, all can create difficulties for camera's. To say nothing of shaky cam. Being a photographer myself, I know how hard it can be to get good video's and pictures, so am super grateful for your efforts. I have been enjoying your video's immensely. Your stitches come through clearly and you have a very nice legible had. 😊❤️
Thank you Marion for your video and sharing further stitches in your stitchy bank. I like twisted chain ,it's really nice for stems of plants, forgotten all about oyster stitch but gosh it's lovely and I see so many used for it.
Ms.Marion Thank you for sharing your time with us❤ I went to the thrift store today and found myself looking at the mens clothing 😀 I found a sz.large 100% wool coat for $8!! I'm not sure what I'll make with it 😂 It's sunny in South central Missouri today and I'll try to send the sun your way ❤God Bless.
It worked Anna, thank you... :) I have lovely sunshine this morning although the temperature is down to 6 deg! Brrr.... Good call on the coat. Felting it might be an option or making a skirt or just beautiful stitching fabric....
Oyster stitch has always confused me, but I get it now. Thank you for a clear demonstration. Also, I wanted to let you know that I made your almond fingers today, and oh my goodness! They are so good. The top layer of dough is a bit of an exercise in patience, but oh so worth it. 😋
I'm glad you enjoyed them. Sometimes I just crumble the bits up and leave it rough. It just means that you gets bits of jam bubbling through. It doesn't look quite as perfect but it gets the job done and tastes just as great...
Lovely new (for me😉) stiches🫶🏻. I am so happy, that my cloth for practicing all these love stiches, is very large this time. Started with a small one, but now I just enjoy adding all the new variations. And it is looking great - I think. Thank you, Marion🌷🌺🌻❤️🥰
It will be. Mine is just going any which way now! I didn't start it large enough at all because at the beginning I hadn't intended it to be a weekly thing...
It's just the short and sweet stitch tutorial that I've started to post on a Friday teatime. I try to keep them around 5 mins. Everything is okay... Thank you for asking Les💐

I will do that the next time. Thank you.😊
Great video! I always wonder who invents stitches whether it's embroidery, knitting, crocheting etc.
I think just over the amount of time it's inevitable that new stitches emerge. Plus people are probably inventing them all the time too!
Great stuff! I admit I will have to talk myself through that oyster stitch for a good long time before I can actually do the thing, but I will get it.
Once you've done it 2 or 3 times it will become like a little dance of coming through the loops.
Muchas gracias Marion!!, besos desde una algo más fresca España 😅
☺️💐

I’m addicted, love your channel. I’ve noticed your wrist pin cushion and think it’s wonderful. Have you a video tutorial on making it?
Oh I don't I'm afraid. I might do one for the advent diary this year..🤔
