I started watching this video with my granddaughter Daisy, She loves crafts. I love this. Am to make/build one around my passion. Thank you for this tutorial.
This is one of the must stunning books I've seen in a long time. Steampunk has always been a favorite of mine and the innovation of this style of journal is fantastic! I can't wait to play around with my stash and try to do your style justice.
I love this journal, its so unique and scumptious. I plan to try a steampunk journal in the future too so your video has given me lots of inspiration. Thanks for sharing.
Straight from FB group to new subscriber on your YT channel. You had me at Steampunk but oh my, this is a whole other level of journal. Bravo, it's a beautiful masterpiece!
I love this Tilly. I think you did a wonderful job. :) I would love to have one like this! I am fond of steampunk aesthetic so this reels me in. lol You have inspired me, thank you for your video.
Is that a real mourning piece? I already knew about those but how cool if that is an authentic one, a great piece of history! And what a great idea for the coiled springs. And the scarf clip is also a great addition!
Thank you so much Tora! Yes, you can absolutely use mine as a guide! I've just added the newspaper advert pages that I used to my freebies library, so feel free to go back in and use them! 💜 I have a Cricut Maker to make my stickers, so I use there software 'Cricut Design Space' and upload everything onto it in a PNG format so it has clear background, arrange them to fit on a sheet of paper and then use the print and cut on there to cut them out... I use the washi tape setting, so it doesn't cut all the way through the paper. I hope you have fun making your own version of this journal, I'll definitely be making more of them!!
@@TillyDouglas thanks - I have a Silhouette Portrade old one so I don't think I can make the sicker LOL but jehhh Im going to make me a journal. (hearts)

You could just print them out onto sticker sheets and cut them out by hand, I just really don't enjoy fussy cutting.

Those trinkets made of human hair from the Victorian times can be worth a ton of money. Hopefully you researched it before you gave it away!
I didn't have to research it, it's in the realms of my knowledge as I'm a collector vintage items like this... and I haven't given it away.
