Three different songs (though he had help in the second and third and did make slight mistakes that an adult would not get away with) by the end showed a natural talent that would be interesting to revisit in 18 years to see how he developed. Generally when people get older they don't remember their life before 4 years old. This kid is 2. He's not even gonna remember he won Spain's Got Talent. It's insane!
I think he might remember. The reason we don't remember things from our very early years is since our brains are developing so quickly at that point they discard information that's not "important" to growth and development, things that are less significant, but things like what this kid did might linger. I have a few memories of life before I turned two.

2 year olds don't have a sense of "what if they don't like me" or any sense of empathy. Empathy is needed to be worried about what people think of you or to be upset that people are watching you. My incredibly smart 3.5 year old still doesn't have any sense of insecurity despite having a pretty good sense of empathy for their age.
Cut yourself some slack. You are older. Most likely have experienced rejection, criticism, and people negatively judging you. You and others are just trying to survive. This young boy is receiving nothing, but acceptance and love (thankfully). IF all societies could act this way towards each other regardless of age then we would be so much better off.
