Hello. Is it necessary to provide original copies at the main immigration office once you receive SMS from METRASH? Or you did this to try and speed up the process? Thank you

Hello, it is indeed necessary to bring and submit both the original and copies of all required documents. When it's time for your visit to the immigration office (based on the SMS notification from METRASH), the authorities will determine which documents they require. This step is integral to the process and not intended to expedite it.
It's one of the reasons why it took us almost four months to complete our application. There was a misunderstanding on our part after receiving the METRASH notification; we assumed there was no need to visit the immigration office and waited for two weeks (business days) without receiving any guidelines.
@@thegcdiaries thank you for this. Metrash will notify us which documents are needed? We only receive the SMS from Metrash today and the status is ‘under review’. The original application with the MOL/ADLSA took 6 weeks! We ended up visiting the office in Al Wakrah and they told us someone must have forgotten to accept/update 😡 the immigration office is now in Duhail next to Woqod/Fahes?

I understand your frustration, having been in similar situations before. You're currently at step 2 in the video at 3:23. Expect another update from ADLSA/Metrash about 7 days after your status changes to "UNDER REVIEW," assuming everything is approved. After that, you can proceed with the next steps outlined in the video we've provided.
For the documents, make sure to bring all required documentation mentioned in the video (or any additional documents needed if you're applying for your children as well).This way, when asked, you can submit everything at once.
Regarding the immigration office, I'm not entirely certain. During our time, Duhail was newly opened, and we were informed that it was for locals only. We were directed to the main office in Al Gharafa instead.
@@thegcdiaries just to clarify - you waited 2 weeks without any update before visiting immigration? But we should receive an update within 7 days to visit immigration or go straight to immigration (says in video) now we have SMS from metrash?

Please note that ADLSA is different from MOI. You should get an approval from ADLSA first before MOI.

Thank you so much for this video it was so helpful we changed the sponsorship and got the new Q id today but we didn’t wait for the approval, after the under review message from MOL we went to MOL Wakrah . the same day we got approval 👍🏻 we followed the same process in MOI also after the under process we went to duhail we got the Q id✌🏻 it took nearly 20days only for all the process .

Hi there, the steps should be the same as shown in our guideline video.
The only difference is that you'll need to use your (wife's) personal mobile number for your application and the father's (husband) mobile number for your children's application.
However, I'm unsure about the process for submitting applications for multiple children using a single mobile number. It's advisable to verify this with immigration officials or your company's mandoub, as they should be able to provide guidance or some information on the matter.
Please note that there may be additional requirements for your children's application that were not addressed in our guideline video, as it may not be applicable to our specific situation. Please verify this with the appropriate officials.

Very informative video, but my application has been under process even when the expired date has passed, its still pending ADLSA approval. and we did not received any SMS only the OTP message.

Yes, it is required to do the attestation in MOFA.

I believe the link no longer exists. All transfers can now be completed directly between companies through their respective online portals.

Hi i applied for a sponsorship transfer for my wife MOL, and we received a message notice Period end 29 October 24. I just check my metrash showing the application VP....... approved. without completing notices period not even visit Moi is that new system or common i still need to visit moi once notice period finish or not required as my application is approved with VP....... can someone explain please thanks in advance.
Hi, how long before you receive the message regarding the notice period? And after receiving notice period message, how long they give for the notice period?
Within one week of applied we received the notice period date which is ending 2 weeks later as we requested one month they give us one month

Did you give any manual rp application at Immigration dept
As mentioned, 0:32 applying for a manual /offline change of sponsorship to husband and or application for residence permit was not recommended.
We only submitted the signed change of employer form and other required documents during this period 5:12.

May marriage certificate na po kami na attested ng MOFA, ung may stamp ng mofa and ung original pero ung arabic po, hindi po ung nilagyan nila ng stamp. kailangan po ba ung arabic ung may stamp? Nag upload po kami ngayon, kinabukasan din po naka recevied agad kami ng rejected na SMS. Ano po kaya possible reasons kasi hindi nila nilagay po ung reasons bakit rejected. Thank you Ma'am.
Original docs nyo lang po ang lalagyan ng stamp, hindi na un translated to Arabic. Double check nyo if compete po ba requirements nyo.

Sabi ng pro namin, okay na po sa labor approved na, sabi din ng agent ng 109 hotline. Bale, sa immigration daw po pending. Pwede po kaya kami mag walk in sa immigration para ma follow up, kasi til now under process padin po ang status. Thank you po.

Ung notice period lang po na na received namin ay ung Cancellation ng contract ko sa dati Kong company.

After ng approval ng ADLSA and un notice sa employer.. next message should be from MOI (through Metrash) either meron kyo notice period or 0days. So kng wala po kayo msg pa from Metrash under process pa din sya sa MOI. Pwede nyo naman itry pumunta for follow up. Pero sa last kita ko ng update medyo matagal sila mag approve nowadays.
Thanks for the info. Wakra office only mentioned the marriage contract that is pending. They did not mention the NOC from the employer of my husband and bank statement. Are these documents really needed?
Whenever you are processing something, it's crucial to fulfill all requirements thoroughly to prevent delays and the need to redo everything.
Naglapse na kc expiration ng application namin wala pa din response under review Lang. Then we went to Wakra and was informed na ung marriage contract need to be attested and translated. So Pina cancel ang application namin.Other than that wala na ibang sinabi.
And kanina nagapply ako ulit kaso may hindi ako na attached so kinancel ko. Sbi ng PRO nmjn bukas n lng.
I asked our PRO if need pa nag BS at NOC from the company of my husband sabi nya no need na daw. We'll see Sana hindi nga kelangan. Pero tama ka po dapat mas marami at complete docs na isubmit para walang.prob.
Yes po, marriage contract dapat naka arabic translation and attested ng MOFA. Alam po dapat yan ng PRO nyo, for other docs at kung di naman kayo sinabihan after ng follow up nyo.. let’s hope for the best.. sana di po ulit masyang un waiting time nyo for the new application.
Pinanood ko ulit video mo sis. Yung sakin ung Application ko sa MOL is under review pero wala kami notification thru SMS. Nacheck lang namin sa site. Then meron na din status sa metrash nman ng asawa ko na under process pero may comment na "waiting approval from adlsa". Pero Pina cancel ng MOL ung application Gawa ng ung marriage contract nga. Tama ba na cinancel ko application or dapat Sana bumalik na Lang ako sa MOL office to submit. Nguluhan na tuloy kami. 😩

Combine all necessary documents into a single PDF file. Use the designated section in the MOL application to upload specific documents, such as the Marriage contract, etc.. and exclude it in the PDF file.

You can go now to the Immigration and show them the text message saying you must visit MOI.

After he checked with the immigration officer they said the application is with CID for verification, within 3 days it will be approved. So in this case will it be useful by meeting the immigration officer personally?
Your company's PRO has already verified it for you, and the information has been provided by the authority, so all you need to do is wait.
It's more logical to adhere to the appropriate authority for guidance and follow-up.
Perhaps this time, they also reduce the number of individuals visiting the MOI, as I mentioned in the video that the process might change when you do your application.

how much amount we should pay for changing sponsorship from employment to husband visa
Sponsorship change for the first time: QR 2000 for companies, QR 1000 for individuals.
• Sponsorship change for the second time: QR 2500 for companies, QR 1500 for individuals.
• Sponsorship change for the third time or more: QR 3000 for companies, QR 2000 for individuals.
**This is probably what you will see if you searched online. However, for us we paid 1100 QAR.
Note: Sponsorship change fees may vary, always consult with relevant authorities to get accurate and up-to-date information on fees.

Hi Mam under process ko sa MOI pingcompare ko po ung guidelines nyo sken prang iba po relation with new employer instead na wife nkalgay po Work. Im afraid po nkasponsor sken anak ko svi po nila if matransfer ko sa husband ko automatic na dw po malilipat sa aswa ko ung anak ko… kelangan ko pa ba ipacorrect sa MOI na dpt wife ung relation hnde Work at saka blank po ung profession wla po nkalagay na housewife. Once approved, your profession will switch from work to housewife, and the same applies to your relationship status with your husband. Just be aware that certain details in the screenshot were omitted to maintain privacy.
I'm not sure who told you that when your sponsorship is transferred, your child automatically gets transferred too. Hindi po ganon.
If you want to be certain, ask the proper authorities and don't just listen to anyone, especially those who haven't been through the same process.

Hello, you do not have to leave (exit) Qatar when transferring sponsorship, whether it’s from a company to a spouse or from one company to another.

We were told to wait for 2 weeks and nagfollow up kmi after a week but was told na 1 week plang.. So, 2 weeks after receiving nothing, nagfollow up ulit kmi and was told within 2 days.. The next day lang my sms na. Others who shared their experiences sa comment section were told 3 days and got the sms after 4-5 days. So it depends po sa sinabi sa inyo during your process.

I’m not certain, but you’ll likely pay the same amount since the process is the same.

Total how many days it took for you ...
The video thumbnail shows May-August 2023, it took us 4 months because we didn't have clear instructions, and our first two tries with adlsa got rejected due to missing info and a system error.
We created this video to help others with the information, but always bear in mind the process might change; these were the procedures during our time.

Yes, In the initial application, we received an SMS explaining the rejection reason, whereas in the 2nd attempt, no SMS was received. We only became aware of the reason when our government representative (mandoub) confirmed it through ADLSA.

I have eligible salary and profession now but I don't have 7 months salary statement because I recently changed my salary can I proceed with same one
Please suggest me idea to this sponsorship change procedure
The requirement is to provide a bank statement (salary credit) for the last 6 months. If your salary before is within the braket of the required salary, it is okay. If not, then you have to wait until you reach 6 months.
Now, It is up to you if you want to try to submit your application with less than 6 months of bank statement.

@@sivaqatardiariesI understand that you need to make the changes immediately, but there are certain requirements and procedures implemented in Qatar that you have to follow. Temporarily, what you can do is to let your wife sponsor the child. If I am right, the rules in Qatar.. if the mother is not under the husbands sponsorship, the new born baby should be under the mother's sponsorship.

Very useful information. Just 1 update please, while applying online through MOI website only 3 options are available:
1. Change of employer form (signed copy)
2. Resignation copy
3. Other documents
I think now they can verify other things themselves through WPS for salary and contract online.

Thank you for providing the information. However, it seems that the type of application you did is not PERSONAL as in the video 0:52.
The process you mentioned appears to be related to changing employers (from one company to another) and does not involve the transfer of sponsorship from a company to a husband. It's important to note that a resignation letter is not required for transferring sponsorship to a husband, just as it isn't needed for transitioning from father to husband sponsorship.
The resignation part doesn’t relate to the specific sponsorship transfer process.
@@thegcdiaries Hi, I selected Personal and it gave me above mentioned options for transfer from company to husband.
@@AnamJamal-q4d In that case, it is ok for all applicants to disregard that "resignation copy" as it is not needed.
My advice to everyone is to ensure the upload of all necessary documents in the "other documents" tab. Based on our experience, neglecting to upload certain documents resulted in the rejection of our application by ADLSA, leading to a delay of almost two months.
