  • Here we have a Peterbilt 320 with a Heil DuraPack 7000 automated side load body, seen here knocking out several alleys as well as a few curbside stops along a residential garbage route! Check it out!
    See more of this truck, including a photo gallery at: www.thrash-n-t...
    As always, a huge thank you goes out to this outstanding driver!

    Most of the 7000 videos that have popped up in my feed have been slightly lackluster in the areas of skill and speed, so I am not disappointed by this particular unit's qualities. Driver's experience with this use was apparent, especially in his use of the 7000's unique ability to lift a container without needing to retract the arm. Had a container halfway lifted before the wheels stopped moving. Also noticed some of the other TH-camrs in a few of your shots, can't wait to see their perspectives!

    I always thoroughly enjoy a Pete 7000 vid from BDI! There is something that is so timeless with this combo that it will never go out of style! I love how the driver is fast, efficient, and smooth. Looks like a re-rollout of carts was done, possibly at a new contract start...? And we are now seeing the 64 gal m-series making its way to the west coast.... still don’t know how I feel about that... 🤨 Awesome video! And I can’t wait for more!

      Milldogg73 the 64 Gallon M series are cool carts. A bunch are popping up by me. We have rotos, be series, m series, ottos and now rehrigs so it’s a lot of variety of carts

    That was cool how he flicked that can back up at 3:50! And it landed back into position perfectly!

      Random Stuff In Oregon I know right! Most garbage truck drivers don’t try to position them back when they fall.

      You get really good at that running automated in windy areas like here in Kansas. You come down the road and a quarter of your carts are laying over when you get to them.

    My favorite automated system as long as it has good grabbers. I hate the flip out grabbers and 300 grabbers. These soft touch grabbers or whatever they're called look cool but I've never used them. Tri-cuff and 60/90 universal are good, oddly 60/90 universal grabbers are my favorite. They are very cart friendly, they don't catch the wheels hardly at all and they got a soft enough grab you can flip the lids with a good shake. Believe it or not I'd actually rather have a good Durapack 7000 than the Curottos I have mostly been using now a days.

    This company truck looks like Los Angeles sanitation

    • @jessmosley5907
      @jessmosley5907 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s because the color of the truck is the same color as the Los Angeles bureau of sanitation teal blue color but it’s bdi/Ed’s/basin disposal I can’t tell the difference between the three
