2021 and still helping people understand the plumbing (I've always had a manifold)but gonna build a setup like this because the manifold has given me fits lately
They have computerized set ups that can do that check accuair thats one of the companies that can help make what your talking about happen. Hope that helps.
any issues with using one valve set up for front and one set up for rear to just control ride height (no three wheeling needed). On my 82 c10, it will be installed along with a 3point rear suspension, no frame notch planned. I want height adjustment, but not looking for body to sit on floor. I do want it to cruise like a cadillac, but handle like a vette (or close to it)
+6824648 no there's no issue with doing it that way the only problem you'll have is a little bit more body roll because as the weight shifts that air will squeeze out of the one side that's being pinched and go to the other side causing more body roll
love the channel bro, what would u suggest for a hopping setup? I don't wnna gain nothing but maybe a foot tops. im in the process of buying 1/2in lines hydro, valves cups etc. but what I really wanna kno is if im using hydro lines to run the air does it matter if its 3/8 or 1/2? im very new to air. so i was doin the footwork before I actually finish my order! u represent Ark in a real good way. thanks in advance bro
Thank you for the compliments as for the airline half-inch will give you more volume so if you wanted to be able to jump that would be your best bet be careful how much pressure you put into the bags because they can blow with that kind of air pressure going to them to hop i hope this helps and good luck to you
Thanks brother! I was gnna get the ss7s I think they are. They max out at 600psi. I was only thinkn bout running 400psi tops maybe 350. Will 3 tank be ok maybe a 12 n two 5 gallons?
Sounds good make sure all your lines from tank to tank and valves are half inch. And get 2 extra bags cause there is still a chance your going to blow them
hey Lawrence Duarte by any chance do you have a video on how to connect a tank, im getting ready to bag my c1500 and i been watching your vids since you started the truck.. got valves, links, cups, lines, shock position etc learned but not sure which tank to choose? Does # of ports matter? I wanted to setup my fill valves straight at the tank one port per fill valve (4) and make a t for dump valve and to bag and i want to drill a hole for gauge.. so what tank would i need lol
I talk about tanks all threw my videos but not one specifically on tanks sorry. Tank size depends on how much air play u want more ports makes it easier to seperate everything for more even airflow to the bags. Hope this helps.
Ill start with the fack that I SUCK at explaining things. But what I want to do is make it so when my truck is turned off its on the ground but as soon as I turn it on it raises to my ride hight but I would still like to be able to lift or lower the truck when its on. Do you have any idea how I would go about doing that?
+Zachary Eskelson yes but if it dumps unevenly or comes up on evenly then you need to have the ability to raise them individually the only way around this is to set them up on relays or just buy a switch box
csn anyone help??? i have fbss setup and my front left valve is not releasing the air in the bag.how can i manually release the air? the valve will open to let sir in but not release

I do what I can thank you. And sometimes we have to go old school
Hello man this helped me so much but i’m a little confused on the power cable setup do i need to splice into the power cable on all four valves
Thanks man, this has helped figure out how these air suspension setups work!
Your welcome
Awesome and probably this coming winter for her truck

good day. that depends on the speed at which raises or lowers the truck. I have seen some trucks go up ...

So easy to understand thanks!
Your welcome
Not sure on the name but the part number for the valves is 2W025-08 hope that helps.
How do you wire this to eead off boost pressure

Hey man do you have a video of how you connected the manifold to switches with a gauge reader ?
+Zackary Echols I've never used guages so no sorry
You can run an x fitting instead of a t, and use the extra end to connect a hose for the gauge
Thanks man. That should help.
you said one switch per valve, but if you have a toggle switch can't it control 2 valves the up and the dump?
+Zachary Eskelson yes but if it dumps unevenly or comes up on evenly then you need to have the ability to raise them individually the only way around this is to set them up on relays or just buy a switch box

What are the valves called?

Um that would be a no lol but thanks for liking it.
So the valves automatically close?
Yes they are naturally closed there are some that are naturally open as well so make sure of this before buying.
need to see if I could get your number maybe you can help me figure my setup
Come and set mine up
Lol I hear ya
She never likes talk front in the camera hahahahahaha
Found them thanks...when will you start bagging your wifes truck?
Lol
