“July 1st is ‘No Talk Day’ on Triple M.
A day they raise awareness for the issues of dealing with mental health and encourage people to open up and TALK about their own issues they are struggling with to close friends and family or mental health professionals.
On the 12th of July we, Whiteford, are releasing a song speaking to just that. Speaking up and how there is no shame in recognizing areas of your life you struggle with and to speak up so you don’t sink into dark thoughts of feeling alone.
Today we release this little behind the scenes video with a teaser of the song in the background. We hope any of you feeling like this will feel encouraged to find your way to reach out and speak up and start a journey of understanding yourself worth and how important you are to those around you.
