I started delving into this game mode after the SF6 event and it is alot more fun than Reviving Hell.
One tip for sorting through Plug-ins.
Since you have to do a bunch of farming (some times on auto) you have a lot of junk.
Going to
-Equipment
-PlugIns
Then filter for what colour team you want to upgrade.
View more
-Momentum
Then all the plugins with momentum buffs are displayed.
Click on a plug-in and select - - Recommended
Then if it will boost a specific character's momentum in their loadout you can click on them
Once on the character the stats are compared and you can equip to swap it out.
It is less complicated than writing it all down and helped me clear Red and Purple level 5 final stages
Also the final stage is pretty unfair. Don't worry if you cant clear it, just keep grinding away to get better plug-ins especially since it caps at 5 stages for now anyway.

On my account this is my current and best line up right now
Red - A90 UE Cammy, A60 EX Seong Mi-na, A70 Fes Rugal
Green - A90 UE Ash, A70 BS Orochi, A70 Fes Chun-li
Yellow - A90 UE Ken, A40 SS Luke, A30 EX Ryu
Purple - A90 UE Jamie, A90 UE Mukai, A70 EX Krohnen
Blue - A60 EX Chun-li, A70 EX Ivy, A70 EX Akira
I had no problems with Red Green and Purple because i have their main damage dealers Cammy Ash and Jamie and supporting fighters
On Yellow side i had Ken my damage dealer my problem is the supporting fighters my SS luke is only a A40 and i need 2 SS memories in order to make him A50 ( i have 2 prime memory so straight up to A70 still farming for the last 2) as for EX Ryu well I'm just gonna go with the EX memories in the events collect them even if it takes a while unless another Yellow UE fighter appears
And last Blue sadly my supposed main damage dealer Magaki but i failed to get him to A50 him last time only 1 memory of him is my need but luckily EX Chun-li got buffed and i had two free A70 fighter Ivy and Akira but I'm still planning on gettin' a UE blue main damage dealer I guess I'm gonna wait until another Blue UE fighters appears

Wonder what's better to choose on the plugins, the gold POW, or silver POW.
Example - GOLD POW 20 vs SILVER POW 45

It really depends, you can get more momentum from a silver than a gold oftentimes at the cost of CP. But you shouldn't worry about CP at this stage just stacking momentum effects, getting all your characters above the threshold for each stage and skill bonuses after that.

the rarity means you have more bonus stats/effects for your fighter(Gold has 3, silver has 2). the Pow/level adds more to you OP. I did a few tests and momentum is useless if your OP is lower than the recommended. At tier 5, the minimum is 2650. Anything lower will give you a 1% damage penalty per OP difference. That means any fighter with OP lower than 2550 will deal zero damage. so to answer your question, if your unit has OP lower than 2650, equipping higher Pow plugins would be better until you reach over 2650. Once you're over 2650, you can start adding more plugins with momentum stats. Do note that EX fighters lack innate momentum, hence even if they are over 2650, you would still see 3 digit damage numbers. I haven't raised any EX fighter to A9 as I think its a waste of resources unless you really love/like that fighter. The resources are more beneficial to raising any of your UE characters (like Jaime or Mukai) to A9 first.

I dont have too many A5 aside from collab like Ivy ,Jamie, etc. I was lucky and have devil jin A7 .

How can i get memory of character fast and is there any way to get memory of character after the event is ended

Unfortunately, that is where that part is a bit tricky. First off, you must at least get two copies of a unit because it's from there that you can use universal souls, but at this point, there is no way to naturally ascend UR fighters without drawing. Even still, getting universal souls is very hard to get.

You also need rainbow crystals if you get unlucky with the color of the soul you get.

Thats the funny thing, there is no fast way of doing it, I still struggle to get memories for more common characters. EX memories are rare and UE memories are not yet yet available
