From the chili plants grown in the potting soil, you buy and cut off the leaves around the stem.
Use some plastic bottles to make pots, in the middle can thread your pepper plants through the pot.

@@annamariana8140 after plants are about 8" tall cut the tops off to the bottom 4 leaves. The plant will grow a lot of branches with 5 times the peppers. The plant will get huge.
If possible overwinter them so you have a head start next year.

I love chillies. But i live in Melbourne when the winter could reach -1. I planted chillies many times but seldom survive during winter. Any suggestion on how to grow chillies in 4 seasons area?
Start growing the seedlings indoors 2 months before the last frost then transplant and move outside when the temperature is warmer. There are a lot of resources on TH-cam

The golden rule for (not only) peppers is: one container = one plant. This does not apply to large and long containers.
