Hi Ankita ! Thanks for writing back . The handles are made of very good quality and there’s no chance for them to get melted. Also, these handles are made of plastic so that you can easily hold them even if they are hot. The review which you read, the kadai may not be a branded one and the plastic quality must have been very poor. Pigeon is a trusted brand and I am using this kadai for a long time on daily basis... & I am very much satisfied by the product. Hope this helps

I have a problem with my idle pot that is ..if i put two idle plates at the same time in steamer...the bottom of the idles get spoiled of water dropped from the top of the plate... Idle seems to be wet or sometimes top plate gets sticky under with the dough of the second plate... So how about this brand? You didn't show the bottom plate..
Brand is good and I am satisfied with the performance of this product. Maybe You are adding excess of water. I have shown both the plates in my demo. Kindly check the video from 9:36 to 9:53 . Thanks for writing.
