    The comment about 4-5 balls won’t get you better is golden! When I design practice for my 10u team, I make sure each player gets 30-50 reps with half incorporating a game time throw. The volume of reps are irreplaceable.

      That sounds like a great practice, I am coaching an Minors team (8-10), how many stations would you recommend for an effective practice? I can't seem to get that many reps in during my practices. Thanks man!

    What age should double plays be a focus? I’m focusing my 10u select softball team on making routine plays and taking sure outs. Other select organizations have them turning DPs in practice but way too slow for game time. Who is right?

      We practice at all ages because even if they don’t turn the double play we want to get the lead runner
