- Hello Everyone! In this slow and gentle ASMR video I will guide you to sleep with a guided relaxation. There is negative energy removal, up close camera wiping, dry hand sounds occasional, hypnotic hand movements, plucking, a gentle body scan, occasional trigger words and is all done in a soft spoken tone with occasional whisper.

I've tried watching other ASMR artists, but it feels like they're just doing a "job"...
People can tell you to "relax" or "you're okay" and it just doesn't have the same 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 that it does coming from someone that you know and trust...
