Yeah while I'm playing the first I feel that it is an immensely over ambitious project. No wonder they wanted to go back and remake it with the tools they have now at their disposal.
I'm glad they did the whole remaster of the first game when they made Pathologic 2 but with that, I feel like I've missed so much since I didn't play the first one.
Pathologic 2 has only the haruspex plot line, with bachelor's as Dlc Marble Nest. I'd still recomend the first game to try, so you could play as changeling
@@VitaliyMilonov Does it matter? the game is still a masterpiece and runs just fine with the HD remaster. They were working with what they have and didn't have access to the same resources most others had at the time.

@@VitaliyMilonov I've never had issues with stuttering while I played and I finished all 3 routes. And how is that not an excuse? As the guy before me said it was a homemade engine, it's not like they had the source engine to work with like VTMB did.
