Here it is, the new project Mini. Found on E-bay but I lost the auction only to later find the higher bidder messed the seller around so it was offered to the next highest bidder...... Me. The Mini is a 1997 Rover Cooper MPI and has been off the road in a garage since 2007! It's what some might call a barn find.
In this update Project Sprout comes inside! I clean out the workshop and prepare the space to start the major work on Project Sprout which is a 1997 Mini Cooper MPI

I had never considered the absorption bags. Great idea. Shall be using that one when Min is finished. Thanks.

Nicely tucked up in there! Only just fit PL and Vini down one side. Maybe worth having sprout at an angle, might give you more room 👌🏻

I use ctek type battery charges on laid up cars. The one on my MGBGT is still good after twelve years of little use. I sent the car to my son in Qld. It took two weeks and the battery was still ok without being on charge for the two weeks. Which was fantastic as the car transport companies fine you for flat batteries.

Yes CTEK battery chargers and maintainers are very good, I must get myself one for each car soon
