MUGEN Wip: Frowny Fox #1

It's for real this time, I can finally show you guys, how Frowny Fox is after all the time I spent, I know it's been a month since I started doing it, and well, as I was busy with other things like: doing KickinChicken in MUGEN too, having interest in Hazbin Hotel, and also in LBES (Lukey's Bizarre Elimination Show). And then, i only made Frowny Fox's basic movements so far, but I promise it will be finished and released alongside KickinChicken, unless ‪@Lukey672DoesCrap‬ finishes to make some edits on it, so that later it's ‪@bartmanISTHEBEST‬'s turn, and then me.
