Per the new FAR there isn't going to be a huge difference. Such tiny rooms.I can't imagine having a living in such a congested flat for the price point. What if the FAR would have never changed, imagine getting this flat in the name of DLF. Not a situation someone wants to be in. It's a reality that prices are hiking and sizes are getting smaller, but there has to be a justifiable carpet area. I would choose Ashiana 93 over this, anytime.
I respect your decision Vivek ji Ashiana 93 is also good ...however you buy anything, FAR would be same irrespective of ashiana or dlf..

@@prop_24 sir I agree to your point on FAR, however its the point of paying 1.25cr for a 1205 sqft apartment with a good layout, which includes wardrobes not taking up your room area, plus a huge kitchen, that makes a deal breaker situation for Ashiana. But none of this makes sense, as it's a sellers market and eventually everything will be purchased. Not all consumers think this way. But I appreciate your videos. Thanks.
