Peach Cake
Ingredients:
3 large eggs room temp
1 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp. for topping
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt( thick)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
I used canned peaches in JUICE.
Add 1/4 cup of juice from the can.
And pat dry fruit with kitchen towel.
✅Preheat oven at 350 F
Use oven safe baking dish lined with parchment paper .
Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with tiny crumbs.
Let it cool in the pan for about 20 minutes. Carefully transfer cake to a serving plate.
Serve plain or with ice cream.
