Gotta say, I enjoy the intro/outro music of this new extra channel more than your main channel. Maybe it's because I've heard the main channel's tune so much it's gotten drab, but this new groove is nice :)
I'd suggest Rasasi Fattan, one excellent clone, for me somewhere between TDH-EDT and TDH-PP, closer to the EDT. Smells nice all the way, not just the drydown. And it was very affordable when I got it, 50ml for less than €18 almost 2 years ago. I understand it's discontinued now unfortunately, but maybe it can still be found.
Based on the price i've seen of Rasasi Fattan currently, i would rather go for Franck Olivier Black Touch. The opening is definitely very close to Terre De'Hermes EDT.

But I think I will definitely buy another bottle of this, I dig the dry down on my skin and on the end of the day on my sweater has pleasing scent, performance is super decent for the price. Got mine for 33 US dollars shipped from Amazon. I feel like Christopher walken as soon as I spray this on
I just sampled it at Perfumania also just came from Macy’s and basically smelled everything! Also smelled everything in Perfumania…. I’ll tell you what if I’m going to spend money on anything in any store this fragrance grabbed me!!! Smelled like a little bit of everything done exceptionally well!!! Sporty, sensual, exotic, adventurous and vibrantly masculine!!! It’s like a bouquet of effervescence sport! It’s amazingly affordable!!!
I can never get along with Hermes as a house. I have tried so many of their offerings. not my thing I guess. Also, love the extra content man! keep it up!

And how long does the toxic opening take to fade into something tolerable?
To me the opening of a fragrance is not a material issue (it fades away fast ) because it would be like judging a boxing match from the perspective of the 1st few rounds!.If the first 3 rounds were a slow boring turned down without hardly any action but the rest of the fight was an all out war toe to toe mayhem, then who in their right mind will judge the whole fight by those boring 3 rounds?
TDH is on the cheaper side anyway so I really don't understand paying for a cheaply made clone when you can just get the real thing. Value for money on TDH is insane, well worth buying the actual thing.
Because these clones are still much cheaper.. like a fourth of the price and it is in EDP concentration.. And it smells close enough. If you still dont understand than why are you watching a clone video.. That I dont understand..
To be fair the bottle is no more 'fuggly' than the Carolina Herrara Bad Boy, Moschino Toy Boy or Phillippe Plein Black Credit Card bottles .... and it is BETTER than some of Armaf's other bottles (i.e. Ventana, Craze etc.).
