You don't need to take it that far apart to inspect/fix it unless it is filled with crud of something. Just pull it from the car and take the end bell (metal cap) off with the 2 screws. You may have brush that is stuck with gunk the spring is pushing it against the stator. Just wipe off the contact part of the 2 brushes and the stator and work the brushes to make sure they are free. If the brushes and stator are well worn you may need a new unit soon even if it starts working. Once out of the car it easy to test if the motor is good putting wires on your battery and touching them to the 2 wiring harness pins. If it spins the motor is good and if it doesn't work plugged into the harness it is the resistor or something with your AC control unit. If it doesn't work running it straight off 12v on the battery after cleaning it the blower needs replaced.
So the funny part is I actually went and fixed my AC blower immediately after watching this and this video probably helped lol.
Thanks for watching!!
I repair this too with contact cleaner, I take apart and cleant all parts and start work again, the problem is the carbon inside.
Thank you so much for uploading this video this helped me to get it to work again 🥹🥹🥹
