    I see Gold coins as a good midgame option to progress to LS farming. At 48 it is technically after Legendary Spheres (44), but the amount of infrastructure is way lower and easier to scale and it doesn't rely on the paladium bottleneck. the main benefit is that it uses the same base components so once you have the Astegon bred and infrastructure in place you can transition to LS and have basically 0 waste.

    For the people asking where you need this much gold for; it is basically for official multiplayer pvp/pve servers since Flea Markets are now a thing. I could see Legendary Blueprints, Work Books, and perfectly bred Pals to sell for millions depending on server economy.

    You're forgetting something: Ingot -> Gold Exchange Rates with the Gold Assembly Line are insane.
    2 Ore = 1 Ingot, and 1 Ingot = 100 Gold. This means through conversion that 1 Ore is worth 50 Gold via the Assembly Line.
    With max selling buffs, you can buy Paldium Fragments from the wandering Merchant for 12 Gold. That's an exchange rate of 8.3 Paldium Fragments per 2 Ore, or 4.15 Paldium Fragments per Ore.
    This by itself makes Refrigerated Crushers useless for Paldium Generation, as they take 2 Ore to make 1 Paldium Fragment. Even with the new Research Labratory you can only buff it up to 1.15 Fragments per 2 Ore. You're converting at a loss of almost 5x less Paldium by using the Crusher.
    Actual ideal setup would cut out Crushers and a Cooling Pal entirely and just use Gold Assembly Lines with Anubis to generate funds for Bone, Pal Fluid, and Paldium Fragment needs. Then you aren't converting at a loss, and you have an extra Anubis for crafting, transport, and working the mines to generate more gold.

    To be honest, I have yet to run out of money in my game and I've never used any of these methods, just selling the junk I find in chests is more than enough.
    Personally think they need to add more things to buy that would require this much money grinding.

    with only 3 bases default for server, having a full base for the LS farm isnt an option, where just adding an assembly line to handiwork base is considerably easier

      Hi, in earlier videos I've said Prixter > Bushi Noct due to the faster move speed, not attack speed. The two pals have identical stats but Prixter moves faster between logging site, food and hot springs.
      Currently I think Shroomer Noct is the best logging option, you don't need so much wood so the partner skill effect is a nice benefit. Otherwise Celesdir is the best pal now with logging 4.

      Yes

    • @ArcDraws

      Only if you are specifically planning to use dark attacks. But Holy Burst/Absolute Frost builds would want the basic Legend/Demon/Serenity

    • @Yamyatos
      @Yamyatos วันที่ผ่านมา

      Possible? Yes. Optimal.. depends. Invader + Siren only has a chance to even compete if you go full dark moves, obviously. If you run, say, holy burst, go with 1 or 0 or those.
      The rest depends on whether the same type attack bonus is additive or multiplicative with other elemental boni. Assuming it's additive..
      Demon God, Musclehead, Serenity and Siren should be something like: 100*(1+0.7)*1.5*(1/(1-0.3)) = 364
      Demon God, Serenity, Invader, Siren should be something like: 100*(1+0.4)*1.8*(1/(1-0.3)) = 360
      If you run 4 hoocrates on the other hand it would be..
      Demon God, Musclehead, Serenity and Siren should be something like: 100*(1+0.7+0.8)*1.5*(1/(1-0.3)) = 535
      Demon God, Serenity, Invader, Siren should be something like: 100*(1+0.4+0.8)*1.8*(1/(1-0.3)) = 566
      As a rule of thumb, it is basically always better to invest in the multiplier you have less of. Serenity, which is basically attack speed and therefore its own multiplier, being mandatory.
      Honestly, it's all pretty close. If STAB is its own multiplier, it shifts a bit more towards elemental. If you run hoocrates aswell. Bases solely on this, elemental seems better for a personal Shadowbeak. That said, the shadowbeak passive also buffs dark damage while riding it. I dont know by how much, but it's probably a big chunk, therefore making attack damage better again. I did not get around to actually breed a direct comparison yet. For a raid army i would probably just go with attack, since you'd likely want to run holy burst anyways. Possibly for personal shadowbeak aswell tho.. in which case 0-1 dark elemental skills would be best, since it would only benefit 2/3 skills, drastically reducing its value.

    • @bobnewkirk7003
      @bobnewkirk7003 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Divine disaster 1 and 2 along with Dark wisp is probably the only use-case for that. Dark moves don't have the same AOE as other offerings so in general people will pick generalist builds, but Shadowbeak is the 1 use-case where it might make sense as DD1+DD2 is a pretty epic combo

    • @kingcupcakes5171
      @kingcupcakes5171 วันที่ผ่านมา

      If you're only gonna be using dark moves yes but issue right now with dark pals is that there isn't really alot of endgame content where dark is useable, most use case is probably against hard mode selyne but ryu resists dark and xenolord double resists dark.

    • @bobnewkirk7003
      @bobnewkirk7003 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I think the point is to interface with the base as little as possible. he cycles through bases about once every 30 minutes or once an hour so has everything configured to have multiple production facilities and then just max them all out with his one visit. Another crafter would mean that the work gets done sooner, but then they would sit idle while they waited for the Astegon bottleneck to catch back up. Your right however that Splat would be better than Anubis but only marginally as Anubis has downtime between visits anyway. I scaled this up to 30 pals and still only need 1 craft and 1 cooling pal.

    • @ProfessorPenking
      @ProfessorPenking  วันที่ผ่านมา

      With Feybreaks work speeds 1 anubis can cover up to 45 mining Astegons.

  • @Yamyatos
    @Yamyatos วันที่ผ่านมา

    In my humble opinion, both are good. Since i cant even imagine what you'd need this much gold on to run it continuously, i wouldnt ever imagine making a dedicated base to it. People who play with 10 bases and such may find that reasonable, but with the default i'd just sell / make money the way that fits into your base best. Am i missing something for which we may need anything even in the order of magnitude as 10m gold per hour? Like.. i run 1 or 2 cycles of 1 million gold in the printer and am set for a couple days of buying cake ingredients, bones, electric organs, pal fluids, .. and whatever else i may need. I could also just craft spheres as it's the same base, but the point here isnt really efficiency. What are you buying with that much gold? Honest question

    • @bobnewkirk7003
      @bobnewkirk7003 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      the point is to set up a system and then not have to worry about it ever again. Back in Pre-SJ I set up a 3 base system for Eggs-Salad-Spheres and since then I've been able to do whatever I want in the game and literally all of the "Survival" elements are automated for me. Your right, crafting money at this pace is totally unnecessary and despite spending on whatever I want I still have a whole chest full of max stacks of coin. until the devs add a real use for endgame currency its just going to sit there.
