  • Tahiti and the Society Islands Paul Gauguin Cruise Review. Real Travel Expert Susanne Rose of My Luxury Cruises (Cruise Holidays of Oakville office) joins Ken to review her recent cruise with Paul Gauguin Cruises. Visiting Tahiti, The Society and Cook Islands, Susanne details the islands, what there is to do, and some of the do-not-miss excursions and tours. Susanne describes the on board Paul Gauguin Cruises Experience as simply the World’s Best in Luxury Tahiti, French Polynesia, Fiji and South Pacific Cruises.
The "m/s Paul Gauguin" provides an exceptional cruise experience, in large part due to the warm and welcoming crew on board. according to Susanne. Susanne also provides cruise tips for best time of year for this cruise, the weather to expect, the type of guest found on board, and if Paul Gauguin Cruises is good for families.
And finally Susanne describes her favorite excursion and where she is off to next.

Were there any single cruisers? I may go alone so wondering if it would be awkward

We reached to Susanne for you here is her reply.
There were solo travellers on board the Paul Gauguin. If people are open to mingle, the environment is very casual where it is easy to strike up a conversation with others. I found it a very inclusive regardless of whether you are a couple or a solo traveller.
I befriended a solo traveller onboard, that I am still in communications with today. She was invited to dine with or accompany others on excursions throughout the cruise.
Because the Gauguin only has up to 300 passengers, the atmosphere is more familiar than on larger cruise ships.
